Due to the popularity of the Helperby Beer Festival this year tickets are advanced sales only. In the unlikely event there are any returns these may be sold on the gate, but we are expecting the event to be sold out.
If you are planning on coming please buy a ticket in advance to ensure you don’t miss out!
Tickets can be purchased by following the link to our ticketing partner Ticket Tailor
- Please bring your bar code that you receive on purchasing tickets for us to scan at the gate.
- All ticket entries will receive a sponsored beer glass and our tasting notes booklet.
- Children under 18 are admitted free – please choose tickets for children so we can have an idea of total numbers.
- Alcohol WILL NOT be served to anyone under 18, ID may be required.
- Please DO NOT bring your own food or drink, this is an event to raise money for the local community!
Food & drink vouchers
Helperby Beer Festival operates a cashless voucher system for purchasing drinks and food. The vouchers are sold in multiples of £10 and can be purchased at various locations inside the venue throughout the day. If you want to beat the queues and head straight to the bar these are also available for purchase with your entry ticket.
